Brendon first stepped into the water polo world in September 2025, and from day one he brought energy, commitment, and a willingness to learn. In a short time he has become an important part of the John Gray squad, showing that opportunity and effort can change everything. The Laura Ribbins Scholarship honors a coach who has spent over 30 years building Cayman’s aquatic community. Through Fitness Connection, Laura has helped generations of young athletes find confidence in the water. Her belief in young people — and her support when this program was just beginning — helped make this journey possible. The Cayman 13 exists for one reason: to make sure local Caymanian athletes are not left behind. Talent is everywhere. Opportunity should be too.
