Meet Our SECOND Cayman 13 Scholarship Recipient! 🏀🏀🏀 2nd Wave 🏀🏀🏀 The Jordan Crooks Scholarship, awarded to Rylan Bennett of John Gray High School. Rylan continues to impress—not just with his all-round athletic ability, but with his determination, humility, and ability to lift up those around him. He was voted vice captain during our international tour to Orlando in December 2025, a testament to the quiet leadership and example he sets every day. This scholarship is named after Jordan Crooks, an Olympic swimmer from the Cayman Islands whose journey has been defined by excellence, discipline, and humility. Jordan is a shining example of what’s possible when talent meets relentless effort—and he holds a special place in our hearts here at Cayman Aqualife Academy. Over the upcoming weeks, we’ll continue introducing each of our 13 scholarship recipients—and the Caymanians who inspire them. Scholarship, awarded to Jordan Cummings of John Gray High School. Jordan has stood out not only for his athletic ability but for his commitment, leadership, and positive energy at every training session. He shows up early, works hard, and supports his teammates without being asked. He represents the values we want this program to be built on. He was also voted as captain of the John Gray team during our international trip to Orlando. Seaford is a respected Caymanian journalist known for championing truth, community, and support—values that reflect everything we stand for. Over the next 13 weeks, we’ll be introducing all our recipients and the inspiring names behind each scholarship.
