Cayman Aqualife Academy Ltd. Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all participants ("you") engaging in Cayman Aqualife Academy Ltd. lessons organized by Cayman Aqualife Academy Ltd. ("we" or "us"). Please ensure that you have read and understood the following, and retain a copy for your records:
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions by booking or participating in Cayman Aqualife Academy Ltd. lessons with us, you accept these terms and conditions, which will form part of the contract between us. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Child Protection:
Cayman Aqualife Academy Ltd. staff are obligated to take action if they suspect a child may be a victim of abuse or if a child discloses abuse. In such cases, staff will follow the Child Protection Policy.
Complaints:
Cayman Aqualife Academy Ltd. is committed to delivering high standards of teaching, coaching, and childcare. If you or your child is dissatisfied with the service, please inform us. Complaints should be directed to the head coach: Grant Ferguson.
Insurance:
All participants are covered by our Public Liability Insurance.
Liability:
Cayman Aqualife Academy Ltd. does not accept liability for sickness, personal injury, or death of any participants unless directly caused by proven negligence. Organizers providing the facility bear no liability for personal injuries, loss, or damage while attending Cayman Aqualife Academy Ltd. courses.
Cayman Aqualife Academy Ltd. Lesson Booking:
Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. Renewals for the next term take place approximately two to four weeks before the new term starts.
Payments:
All bookings must be accompanied by full payment. Failure to make payment by the first lesson may result in the cancellation of your booking.
Cayman Aqualife Academy Ltd. Private Lessons:
Private lessons are paid for in blocks of 5 or 10 weeks. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice may result in the forfeiture of a make-up lesson.
Group Lessons:
Group lessons are paid on a full-term basis or for the remaining classes of the term. No make-up lessons, credit, or refunds are provided for absences.
Attendance:
Participants must observe entry rules and respect all rules at Cayman Aquatic Academy Ltd.
Cancellations within seven days of booking may be eligible for a refund, less any lessons taken, plus a 1-lesson administration charge. Cancellations after seven days may be subject to a 20% administration charge.
Cancellations Due to 'Circumstances beyond our Control':
No refunds will be issued for circumstances beyond our control ('Force Majeure'). Extra lessons may be included during the term, but it is not guaranteed.
Time Change due to Circumstance beyond our Control:
We reserve the right to change existing class times due to reasons beyond our control.
Changing Days/Times:
Changes are allowed if space is available. Refunds will not be issued if changes are not possible.
Illness:
Participants with illnesses or medical conditions must wait until cleared by a doctor before returning to classes.
Behavior:
Non-compliance with staff instructions or unruly behavior may result in termination of the contract without a refund.
All teachers are qualified, but teacher changes may occur due to illness or other reasons.
Lost Property:
Cayman Aqualife Academy Ltd. is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Unclaimed items will be distributed to local charities after three months.
Photographs may be taken for teaching and promotional purposes. Parents must sign a clearance form for personal photography.
