Welcome to Cayman AquaLife Academy!
As we start a brand new term, I'd like to extend a warm welcome to all our returning athletes and their families, as well as to those joining us for the first time. 2025 is shaping up to be an incredible journey of change; filled with growth, learning, and fun in the water. We are excited to introduce you to our program. This year, I'm thrilled to offer a comprehensive schedule designed to develop water polo, swimming, and children's camps in a structured, supportive, and engaging environment. Whether your child is here for Splash Ball, Water Polo, Intensive Swim Clinics, or Camp, there's a place for everyone to grow, excel, and make memories. As from the 1st of January, 2025, we will be known as Cayman Aqualife Academy Ltd, trading as the Cayman Pirates.

Welcome to NINE weeks of Summer Camp in the Cayman Islands!
DATES: Running Weekly between June 30 and August 29, 2025
TIMES: 9 AM to 12 PM.

Week 1: June 30 - July 4 - School's Out Beach Camp (All Ages) @ Smith's Cove
Week 2: July 7 - July 11 - Swim Clinic (Ages 8/Up) @ Lions Pool
Week 3: July 14 - 18 - Aquatic Sports & Adventure (Ages 10/Under) @ Smith's Cove
Week 4: July 21 - 25 - Water Polo (Ages 12/Under) @ Governor's Beach
Week 5: Jul 28 - Aug 1 - Aquatic Sports & Adventure (10/Up) Smith's Cove
Week 6: Aug 4 - Aug 8 - Swim Clinic (Ages 8/Up) @ Lions Pool

Our Services
Private Swim Lessons:
- Experience personalized one-on-one private lessons and unlock your full potential with individual attention from Coach Grant.
- Improve your technique, efficiency, and overall performance through tailored instruction.
- We can do the lessons at a time that is convenient to you - in your own pool, or we have access to both a 25m pool and the ocean :)
- Whether you're an advanced swimmer or a triathlete, an open water swimmer or a total newbie, our private lessons are designed to take your skills to the next level(s).
Small Group Lessons:
- Let us elevate your young child's swimming abilities with one of two group lessons on Sundays.
- Intro To Squad is for swimmers coming out of Learn to Swim classes and are ready to progress to the 25m pool.
- Our Squad classes follow (only 6 per class) for the next progression: an intro to competitive swimming.
- Fine-tune technique in each stroke and swim event, build endurance, and push boundaries both as an individual and as a 'team.'
- Small group private lessons offer the best of both worlds – camaraderie and personalized instruction.
Saturday Swim Clinics:
- Take your skills to new heights with our specialized training clinics.
- Designed for individuals wanting to improve on all strokes, learn-to-swim coaches, open water swimmers, water polo players, and triathletes. Our clinics cover key aspects of technique and performance.
- Learn and benefit from in-depth instruction and guidance as you perfect your stroke, improve efficiency in the water, and gain a competitive edge.
- Join like-minded swimmers in a 25m pool, for this weekly 1-hour session.

Water Polo
- Join us at the beach as we introduce a new and exciting aquatic sport to Cayman Islands.
- Open-water water polo is a Carifta-recognized sport and our goal is to take THREE competitive teams representing the island in 2025.
- Learn from and motivate fellow team mates, creating a supportive and inspiring environment for all.
- Drop in and play for the correct age group session!
Splash Ball
- Welcome to the Cayman Pirates Splash Ball, an exciting new Water Adventure for Ages 6-10!
- Splash Ball focuses on teaching the fundamentals of water polo in a way that’s engaging and enjoyable.
- Through interactive drills, fun games, and teamwork, your child will improve their swimming skills while having a splash-tastic time in the water!
- Our Splash Ball beach sessions take place in a safe, welcoming environmentwhere kids can learn, play, and build confidence in the water.
Open Water Swimming
- Improve your open-water swimming with our specialized ocean-training group sessions, every Tuesday and Thursday mornings between 6 and 7am.
- Options include individual training as well as group swimming.
- Improve overall stroke, improve efficiency, and gain a competitive edge as you prepare for anual ocean swims.
- Join like-minded swimmers in a focused, but positive and beautiful environment!
Our Recent Water Polo Travel Tours
In October and November of 2024, we traveled with teams to Florida to participate in the Battle of the Bay Tournament in Clearwater, and the Beast of the East Tournament in Orlando.
